Webinar on Recruitment and Stakeholders Management

Roorkee Institute of Technology (RIT), School of Management organized a Webinar on 11^th June; 2021. It was chaired by Mr. Sarthak Tripathi, a young and enthusiastic speaker from HCL Technologies. The topic of the webinar was “Recruitment & Stakeholders Management”. During the webinar Mr. Sarthak focused on the challenges faced by the business units while recruiting the candidates and shared his experiences on how companies are attracting stakeholders to participate in the decision making. The webinar started at 10 am with the welcome note by Dr. Nirmesh Sharma, HOD-MBA. Mr. Harshit Gautam, Coordinator of the event gave a brief of the speaker and along with other faculties motivated the students to clear up their doubts if any related to the topic. The Management RIT, Prof. (Dr.) Parag Jain, Director RIT, also encouraged the student managers for their being interactive during the event. Mr. Amit Kumar Rawat, Faculty International Business, & Mr. Akshat Agarwal, Faculty HRM were also present during the webinar.
