Face-to-Face marketing is replaced with Virtual Marketing. The retailers who have spent many years framing omnichannel strategies consisting of physical and online channels modify the ways to engage consumers in the current market. COVID-19’s impact on customer behavior has reshuffled the deck. In-person interaction has dramatically changed or been supplanted by digital engagement, and early indications suggest that much of this shift may endure in the long term.
The students from Management, Engineering, and Agri-Forestry branches cleared up their doubts about Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and job-prospects in the retail sector from Mr. Chauhaan.
It was an interactive session wherein 200+ students registered to have interaction with the retail tycoon Mr. Harshvardhan Chauhaan.
