Udaan the Cultural club of SWAR organized ‘ANVESHA’ the Solo Singing and Dancing Competition today for all streams. The program started at 2:00 PM with lamp lighting ceremony. Many students have shown their talent in dancing and singing. The student participated with high zeal and energy. The competition became so enthralling that it was difficult for the jury to declare the winners. At the end following students were declared as winners:
Solo Singing Competition:
Winner: Sayan Tapadar (Student of BSC AG 2nd Year)
Runner-up: Divyank Darshi (Student of BSC AG 2nd Year)
Solo Dancing Competition:
Winner: Neha Pandit (Student of BSC AG 3rd Year)
Runner-up: Priyadarshi Ranjan (Student of B.Tech ME 4th Year)
The prize distribution ceremony was conducted at 4:00 PM. Director RIT Prof. (Dr.) Parag Jain in his speech congratulated the winners and motivated the students to take part in such extra-curricular activities for their 3600 personal development. He also congratulated the convener of SWAR Mr. Harshit Gautam and his team for their efforts and organizing such a great event and concluded that such events should be organized in future as well.
