RIT organized trip for its students to Rishikesh, one of the holiest city in India which is quite famous for its scenic landscapes and is naturally placed in the foothills of the Lower Himalayas in the state of Uttarakhand. The literary meaning of Rishikesh is ‘Lord of the Senses’, which stands for Lord Vishnu. The city is a hub of many ancient & new temples and attractions such as Gita Bhawan, Laxman Jhula, Bharat Mandir, Neelkanth Mahadev, Swarga Ashram, Triveni Ghat and other places of religious importance. Rishikesh also serves the adventurous people with river rafting, bunjee jumping, camping, trekking etc.
