Dean Student Welfare

Message

In a supportive and productive learning environment, the office of the dean of students ensures the students' entire development. It arranges a variety of extracurricular activities to make campus life dynamic and energetic. Co-curricular activities, in our opinion at RIT, are crucial to students' overall growth. We are dedicated to promote all such activities as a result. The Dean Student Welfare office serves as a focal point for a variety of initiatives that support student fraternity, corporation, assimilation, accommodation, and a sense of brotherhood. We promote Physical Education, NSS, NCC, Hobby Clubs, and many subject related societies to nurture the talent of our pupils. We are available to our students at all times, and we always do our best to support their artistic ambitions. To ensure the holistic development of young and inquisitive students, the institute provides a variety of services for student welfare, including student support, learning support, scholarships and financial support, career guidance, students information service, grievance redressal, community service, mental health & well-being service, safety and security of students, awards and recognitions, community and experimental learning exercises, sports yoga and collaborative exercises, and many others. The Department of Student Welfare is crucial to our Institute's ability to mould our students. It is a centre for student care and oversight since it acts as a bridge between the students and the administration. DSW works closely with students from all years to assign and coordinate academic counseling, extracurricular activities, leadership development, and social programmes.
