An Expert Lecture on “Basics of Earthquake Engineering” was delivered by Dr. Achal Mittal, Principal Scientist CSIR-CBRI,Roorkee on 14/10/19 at The Institutions of Engineers (India) Roorkee Local Centre. The lecture was organised by Ultratech Cement Ltd. in association with Indian Concrete Institutions and The Institutions of Engineers (India). Civil engineering students of RIT Roorkee attended the lecture. The lecture was fruitful and understanding the basics of earthquake design considerations.
