Centre of Excellence – Industrial Automation & Robotics (Prolific Industries)

This laboratory at RIT Roorkee is intended to provide hands-on experience on industrial robotics, manufacturing automation, mobile robotics and dynamics and control of field robots.

Students in the engineering branch will learn about robotics and other automation technology projects and training courses. The students will experiment with various automation systems and learn to program and implement planning and control algorithms. Also, this laboratory is equipped with various sensors and actuators to perform research experiments.

RIT has officially tied up with Prolific Systems and Industries which is approved by International Accreditation Organization (IAO), USA and provides internationally approved certificates, carrying global recognition.
