Travelling breaks the monotony of daily routine. Our MBA students got an opportunity to travel to one such place of extreme natural beauty, where peace and the pristine pastoral charm have not been affected by the modern industrial competition. They visited Manali and the adjoining spots.
The journey to Manali started from Roorkee via Chandigarh. Eight students along with a faculty incharge, Mr. Harshit Gautam started their journey early in the morning on February 13, 2020. The drive from Chandigarh to Manali was a real treat to the eyes. On either side of the serpentine road breathtaking vistas of unmatched sylvan beauty soothed not only the eyes, but the restive soul also. Deep dells, with pure verdant slopes, pastoral human settlements, snow on mountains surrounding Manali were the enthralling views one gets as a gift for coming to this paradise. The peace, tranquility, and splendor of Manali and its surroundings were supernal.
In city the pollution hides this glory of the sky from the human eye. The students were fully refreshed by the short stay at Manali. The beauty of Solang Valley, Hadimba Temple, Club House, Vasishta Temple were beautiful. The students also had the opportunity to do paragliding. They really enjoyed this trip to Manali. They came back on 16th February 2020.
