SUBJECT: – On Campus Placement Drive of BYJUS at RIT, Roorkee on 28^th of November 2019

This is to inform the HOD’s of B-Tech (All branches), MBA & MCA and final year students of B-Tech (All branches), MBA & MCA that “BYJUS” is conducting an On Campus Placement Drive at RIT ROORKEE, as per details mentioned below:-

Reporting Time	9:30am Sharp
Venue	Seminar Hall-A Block RIT Roorkee.
Qualification	B-Tech(All branches) MBA& MCA
Salary	Business Development Associate (BDA) – 10 LPA (7 Lakh fixed pay + 3 Lakh performance pay). Product Specialist (PS)-Rs. 475000 (4 Lakhs(Fixed pay) and 0.75 lakhs (Performance pay)
Training	All selected candidates will be part of a three month training process under Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly Stipend of Rs. 25000/-.On successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of BDA
Preferred Skills for BDA	Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the understanding of the Indian education sector. Interest in mentoring and guiding students. Having a knack for sales Good Interpersonal and presentation skills.

All the students are required to carry two sets of latest resume / two passport size photograph and 1 set of Photostat copies of your mark sheet (10^th/12^th/Grad). Students to be present in proper College uniform with ID-cards.
