“𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝” for Outstanding Contribution in Organising Trainings and Spreading Awareness on FLOSS/MOOCS from 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧

Roorkee Institute of Technology (RIT) has been bestowed with the “???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????” for Outstanding Contribution in Organising Trainings and Spreading Awareness on FLOSS/MOOCS from ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????.

It is noteworthy that RIT is the only Institution from the entire ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? to receive this award. The ceremony was held at ???????????? ???????????????????????? Campus on 27 August 2022. Prof. Dr Parag Jain, ???????????????????????????????? ????????????, received the trophy and the certificate presented by ???????????????? ????????. ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????????, ????????????. ???????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????. & ???????????????? ????????. ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????????.

On invitation by the authorities to speak about ????????????’???? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????????, Dr. Parag Jain said, “RIT started Training Programs through Spoken Tutorial IIT Bombay with a modest beginning with only 118 students, the strength in subsequent sessions saw a phenomenal rise and finally the numbers rose to over 1000. It is simply because of the Prestigious Certifications backed by Solid Learning Experience that has attracted ever-increasing number of registrations year on year.

He also added that during the COVID19 pandemic, IIT Bombay extended great help to facilitate tutoring and certification process. Students’ zeal is the culmination of nicely balanced academic content, active involvement, close monitoring and control.

Increased proficiency in programming has resulted in increased Placement of our students in dream companies. RIT intends to make this program mandatory for the concerned students and faculty. A request was made to introduce certifications on AI, ML, Deep Learning, Data Structures, as addition of using algorithms with data structures in programming will add lot of value to the skills set of learners.

While appreciating the accomplishments of RIT Students, Prof Parag Jain gave full credit to the students of RIT for giving sterling performance, wherein many students scored 100% marks and all the students passed the tutorials with 100% success rate. He expressed his confidence that the students of RIT will keep on exhibiting their talent and will put up scintillating examples in future also.
